Im Rahmen der freiwilligen Selbstauskunft erteile(n) ich/ wir dem Vermieter die nachfolgenden Informationen in Bezug auf eine mögliche Anmietung des Mietobjekts.

Ich/ Wir sind damit einverstanden, dass der Vermieter bei der SCHUFA Holding AG die Schufa- Verbraucherauskunft zum Zwecke der Vermietung einholt. Auf Wunsch kann auch eine SCHUFA Selbstauskunft vorgelegt werden.
