Referral Competition Terms and Conditions

How to Enter:

To enter the competition, clients must submit a referral to Loan Market Breeze.

Referrals must be verified by Loan Market Breeze to be considered valid entries.

Upon verification of a referral, the client will be eligible for a $50 gift voucher and receive one entry into the competition, provided that the settled loan equals to greater than $300,000. Clients will receive an additional entry into the competition and another $50 gift voucher for each additional verified referral they submit.*

Eligibility:

The competition is open to all clients of Loan Market Breeze, aged 18 years or over, except employees of Loan Market Breeze and anyone otherwise connected with the judging of the competition. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Competition Period:

The competition will commence on April 15th and conclude on July 15th, 2024.

Prizes:

The main prize is a $5,000 gift voucher.

The second prize is a $1,000 gift voucher.

The third prize is a $500 gift voucher.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. **

Winner Selection:

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.

The draw will take place within one week of the competition closing date.

The winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Loan Threshold Extension:

If $10,000,000 in loans are not written during the competition period, Loan Market Breeze reserves the right to extend the competition until such time that the threshold is met.

General Terms:

Loan Market Breeze reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.

Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Loan Market Breeze.

By entering this competition, participants agree to the use of their names and submission details for promotional and marketing purposes without any further reference, payment, or other compensation to the entrant.

Loan Market Breeze’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
