Why is there a minimum?

We want to make sure we have adequate time to understand your issue. We set aside a minimum of 30 minutes for discovery. That can be done via email, or by meeting.

Can I start with one hour and add on?

Yes, you can. But you will be adding on at the one time request rate. To get your savings, we recommend booking a retainer. This way the hours are yours and you're first priority.

How long does resolution usually take?

We can usually handle most inquiries on the same business day. If we have to do any investigation or follow up with your Help Desk provider, that timeframe can be impacted, but we will let you know.

When changes are done, how will I know?

We will follow up with you via email. We also include clear notes on changes made, as well as documentation to help your end users understand the impact of the changes.
